Take The CVI (Comprehensive Output + Handbook)

The Core Values Index (CVI) is the most reliable assessment ever created in revealing the unchanging nature of an individual.

It characterizes and quantifies what Abraham Maslow called the unchanging innate nature of a person that inscribes where a person can make their highest and most productive contribution to the world.
The measurement that measures whether an assessment changes over time is repeat score reliability. The CVI has proven in (longitudinal studies) to have the highest at over 94%.  It provides a clear and useful picture of the innate, unchanging nature of an individual. This is much different then personality and behavioral assessments.

How can it be so accurate and take only 10 minutes?

It’s the only human assessment that uses strategic and tactical values in a forced choice format, to gain unequivocal insight into the innate nature of the person. Behavioral and psychological tools are by their nature fraught with problems of misrepresentation by the users, who tend to create false positives when completing the respective instruments.

This is made possible by the construct of the instruments themselves and the use of context loaded questions. It is also encouraged by the common requirement to disclose negative, or perceived to be negative information about one’s self. Since the CVI is comprised of only positive values, no such negative disclosure is required, and no context is provided.

The difference in our technology starts with the CVI

We have the only human assessment process that provides 94% repeat score reliability, year after year. Other assessments typically provide reliability between 60% and 80%. This is several orders of magnitude improvement—attesting to the fact that we are capturing the innate unchanging nature of people.
Despite 70% of companies using assessments in their hiring process the 80/20 rule still reigns where a majority of any companies team is made up of low performers. We know this is hard to digest or even agree with at times but just think of your very best performing employees, there’s a big difference between them and the rest.
Gallop poll found that over 70% of the American workforce are disengaged in their work.  This proves that behavior and personality assessments don’t work in the hiring process to get only Top Performers.
This is why the CVI is the only assessment that should be used as a pre-screening tool for employment application processes.
